My name is Sandeep. This blog primarily discusses the Integral Yoga (Интегральной Йоги) of Sri Aurobindo (Шри Ауробиндо) & the Mother Mirra Alfassa (Мать Мирра Альфасса) , whose pictures are seen above.
I must state that I am not qualified to offer a diagnosis – certainly not over the Internet. Apart from the suggestions I already gave in the comments above (Mantra, meditation, devotional singing), I don’t have much to offer by way of relief. You may want to ask around for a psychologist/healer who works with the energy body to help you overcome this nightmare. Your predicament reminds me of the lines from Shakespeare: “As flies to wanton boys are we to the gods, They kill us for their sport.(King Lear)
